    How Security Doors Are Made?

    Factory
    It all starts at the factory, which is very modern and has recently upgraded its equipment. It has all the appliances and machinery to produce bespoke Knights Mark security doors. As all the machinery is based in the factory it gives us full quality control.
    Machinery
    One of the recently upgraded machines used for punching. It is complete with an energy saving AC servo drive, this turret punch provides the very latest processing capabilities and also is ECO friendly.
    Welding
    Security Doors and the frame of the doors are being welded according to a bespoke measurement. The structure has been tested against 1040KG force, which means that a human forced entry is impossible.
    Steel construction
    Steel security door leaf construction is created from closed bended metal sections and 1.5 mm steel sheet from outside. It welded by one of the professionals from the factory.
    Painting
    We spray paint the security doors using dry colouring powder, we make sure that the thickness and quality of painting is good enough using an electronic device before sending it off further. This process also gives us the flexibility to offer a more competitive pricing due to the fact that the security doors painting is not done by a third party company.
    Thermal and sound isolation
    Steel security doors are filled with mineral wool, because it gives amazing insulation like no other product. You would have excellent thermal and noise cancellation values.
    Door Leaf
    External Leaf (in the Process of Making) by a CNC machine that does routing, drilling and sawing. We have a range of designs ready, but the equipment also has the ability to carve 3D milling. For that reason bespoke designs are available.
    Locks
    We use only high quality, premium locks with multiple control options. From a simple key turn to electrical impulse or even bio-metric fingerprint scanner. Security door chain available upon request. DORMA, FIAM or MOTTURA armoured locks.
    Ready for Delivery
    The doors are wrapped up, ready promptly, according to order to be delivered to another happy customers door steps.
